Returns:
Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. ** You must contact our customer support team at jewelzmerchants@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day timeframe. Please provide your order number and a clear explanation of the defect or error.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Reason: We only accept returns for manufacturing defects or errors on our part (e.g., wrong items shipped). We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the return.
Back to Base Shipping: All returns must be shipped back to our designated address (which will be provided with the RMA number). The buyer is responsible for all shipping return costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

2. Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return number and the return shipping address.
3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the return number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect your return, and verify the manufacturing defect or our error, we will either:
* Replace the item with the same item (subject to availability)
* Issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method which we require the full details.
If you receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) at jewelzmercants@gmail.com . We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or other appropriate solution.
